Good to see an awesome aussie movie....especially since some of it was filmed where I was born...yew
i know what you are saying about the front derailleur but it just looks like it sits next to the frame and not in line with it like other bikes so i reckon it loks a bit more conspicuous than on other bikes (could possible be the lighting) and yes internal cable routing would improve the aesthetic of the frame greatly
I think the frame is a thing of beauty but tin the first picture the cable routing, intense amount of linkage, front derailleur in the middle of the bike etc makes it look scrappy and not as good as it could

are you actually serious @musicformybumhole. Have you seen the stuff coming out of Canada at the moment. those guys are riding bike parks where the trail is so smooth i reckon a carbon fiber roady would go okay apart from the jumps. That's a fair bit of tech through those rock gardens exactly the way DH should be. Good on Aussie tracks. might not be as long as trail overseas but makes up for it in trails that actually test a rider.
Song?
It's just awesome to see some xc riding on Pinkbike. I think most users think that there's only DH, DJ or FR in the mountain biking world. But awesome riding and obviously not like normal XC riding
The t shirt in the description is rad. Does anyone know where to buy/ find it. I've googled it but have found nothing
I think it's an absolutely amazing photograph and one of the best Pod's i've ever seen but if you think about it I think the rider is climbing the single track and not descending cause if he was descending alot of the light would be shielded from the camera by the rider in the way. I know the ambient light would still be able to be seen but that lightning strike effect wouldn't be able to be seen. So I reckon the guy is climbing the hill instead of shredding it downhill About Us
